- appeal to North American consumers of cannabis by employing humor, sarcasm, science, statistics, allegory, patriotism, Bill of Rights/US Constitution, politics, history, symbolism, indignation, frustration and common sense.
For comparative purposes you can view dozens of previous NORML print ads circa 1970. The winning ad designs will appear in High Times Magazine (and other media outlets) and ad design winners will receive unique NORML gift packages and membership in the organization.
Contest Details
The winning design, chosen by the NORML staff in Washington, DC and a sub-committee of NORML board members, will receive a framed version of the winning ad design signed by NORML's executive director Allen St. Pierre, a NORML hemp day pack, a 'classic' NORML t-shirt and a free registration at NORML's annual conference (a $200 value).
Deadline: midnight (eastern), October 1st, 2006.
